  GymCompany provided an excellent service to ensure that the power plate was delivered as soon as possible after placing the order.
  
  The power plate my3 was as good as expected, having tried out this equipment at my local gym. The plate is smaller than the professional version however you just need to position yourself slightly differently, to the way shown on the poster, to get the desired effect.
  A really good solid machine that provides a work out for all of the muscle groups.

  • Great looks - great fun

  Had this a couple of weeks now. It looks great in our home gym and it is such fun. I'm hoping it's exercise for lazy people. Certainly it shakes the bits that aren't toned muscle and is really quite a unique feeling.
  Highly recommended.

  • Dont buy a cheap version

  I bought a cheap version and it melted as it was made from plastic, but because i think they are great i then had to pay for a proper one, the gym company have been great i had trouble with the switch on it and it was changed within a week. I would recommend this machine to anyone i am nearly 50 and have always had cellulite and saddle bags, and now they on their way out. For just 10 mins a day, its a must. But I would recommend buying the step with it for the floor work. Excellent all rounder.

  • Powerful if a little small

  I have tried Power Plate at the gym and this beautiful and sleek black MY3 gives the same vibration sensation as the professional one. And it is easy to use. I love it.
  However, as the vibrating surface is smaller, it is not easy performing certain positions and you had better not be too broad either. So it's great for most of the standing exercises but a little tricky for the rest. And it really gives a workout - not as easy as it looks.
  I spend 10 mins on it everyday and I get almost the same tiredness and sensation of well-being after each session as I get doing an hour or so of normal exercises at the gym. Even the heart starts beating faster after a while though it probably still wouldn't be enough cardio for fat burning to occur. What I'm happy about is that it's much easier finding 10 mins daily to go on the MY3 than to find time to go to the gym. I still try to go once a week to the gym (for the cardio, sauna etc) and I feel less guilty about that because I now do my strength training at home.
  I would recommend the Gym Company, they are professional and reliable - though I wouldn't have minded a gift/bonus like the step :-). Thank you very much especially to Richard.

  Saw one of these in John Lewis but prefer to shop with independent, specialist companies as you get a more personal service and generally more knowledge.
  
  Phoned PowerHouse but wasn't too impressed with their delivery times.
  
  GymCompany did not disappoint. Delivered to me within 48 hours. Nice people and fast service. What more could you ask for?

  I would highly recommend both the My3 and the Gym company.
  Both myself and my husband have been using the power plate for 2 weeks now and both of us can feel the difference. its so quick and easy to do the exercises at home.
  The gym Company were really good. when i placed the order i had a query which was dealt with immediately over the phone.
  The power plate was delivered quickly and put into the room of choice and all packaging taken away.
  I would highly recommend

  I purchased the MY3 Power Plate over the Christmas period. The quality and functionality and teaching DVD of the equipment is extremely good and well worth the money. The service we got from the Gym company was fantastic.

  Have had my Power Plate my3 for over two weeks now and am really enjoying using it - first time that exercise is not a chore.

  We were worried that buying the 'cheap - entry level' version may have been false economy but so far we are extremely pleased with this unit. Its as good as ones we've used in a local 'vibra-gym'. Very pleased with delivery and the guys who installed we very helpful. Really glad we didnt settle for a cheap copy from somewhere like eBay.

  I wanted a PowerPlate in a hurry! Telephoned on Thursday and was just delivered today (Saturday).
  
  At such short notice they could only do a delivery to my doorstep. If they'd been able to offer the installation would have been five stars.

  This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! Its simply an amazing piece of kit and I can't reccomend it enough!!

  My PowerPlate my3 arrived on Friday - which was much faster than expected. I've used it twice now so bit early to say if it works but I've had fine and feel sore today which is a good sign!

  I'm so happy with this. I needed it delivered in a hurry and GymCompany were able to get it to me within 2 days!! That's impressive!
  
  My partner and I are real gym phobics and the inevitable middle aged weight gain has affected us both. We tried a version of the Power-Plate on holiday recently so decided to try a home model. We were worried that the cheaper model Power-Plates would not be good enough but were assured by GymCompany that we would be able to achieve what we wanted. Good advice from a solid and reliable company - we can't recommend the Power Plate and GymCOmpany enough. Will buy from them again without hesitation.
